Poole Townsend have won the British Property Award for estate agency in Grange-over-Sands, for the third successive year.
The judges praised the team’s outstanding customer service throughout the extensive judging period, where our team were mystery shopped against a set of 25 criteria. This provided a rigorous overview of our customer service levels, exploring a wide variety of mediums, scenarios and time periods so that all estate agencies in our area could be compared in a fair way.
The British Property Awards are the most inclusive estate agency awards, as agents are not charged to enter. On average they judge 90% of agents each year that meet their minimum criteria on local levels.
