The RoleAs a Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. You'll be a key part of our legal department, providing high-quality legal advice and guidance to clients throughout their property journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold, together with re-mortgages, transfers, and other property transactions.Working with minimum supervision to progress sales from our own agency as well as from our extensive client base and the general public.Maintaining an efficient and professional service at all times, working closely with other departments to deliver seamless client serviceLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficientlyProviding clear, accurate legal advice and updates throughout the processEnsuring compliance with legal regulations and firm proceduresMaintaining records using our case management systemsWhat We’re Looking For
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with relevant conveyancing experience.Strong communication and client-care skillsExcellent organisation and time management abilities to enable you to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlinesAttention to detail and a methodical approachCompetent in the use of Microsoft OfficeA positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding serviceKnowledge of Commercial Conveyancing would be advantageousWhat We Offer
