Your role will provide secretarial and administrative support to our Conveyancing fee earners and will involve proactively assisting with the progression of matters and maintaining an efficient and professional service to our clients. In addition, you will undertake some basic office administration for the office as a whole.
You must be customer focused and have excellent organisational and communication skills to enable you to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. Teamwork and Competent IT skills are essential.
A qualification to RSA level II word processing (or equivalent experience), experience of audio typing and knowledge/Experience of Secretarial/Legal procedures is desirable however, these qualifications and experience are not essential as we will provide full training and an opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification to the right candidate.
