Poole Townsend, Milnthorpe is a small and friendly office dealing with legal matters, estate agency, lettings and financial services and benefitting from the support of a larger company.
Poole Townsend invests in its employees and many of the managers started their successful careers as an apprentice too.
As part of a small team, you will support the office with running our reception function in line with our Customer Service Standards.
You will be the office Ambassador and the initial contact for clients contacting Poole Townsend. You will be greeting clients, answering telephone calls, dealing with client queries and assisting with general office administration.
You must be able to demonstrate that you are committed to providing excellent service standards both internally and externally at all times and are able to work as part of a team to deliver this service with a positive and flexible attitude. You will gain experience of working in a Customer Service and legal environment and on-the-job training will be provided alongside a Business Administration (level 3) apprenticeship. No previous experience is required.
