Should I offer my property furnished or unfurnished?

How to handle deposits?
All tenancy deposits now need to be held by a recognised deposit agency so they are protected. Deposits need to be registered within 30 days of receipt and returned within 10 days of both parties agreeing the amount to be returned. When Poole Townsend is employed as the landlords managing agent we take the deposit and register it with our chosen supplier, The Dispute Service.
