The great decoration debate is likely in full swing. When is it too early to put up those Christmas decorations? Even though its still November as I write this there are already lights up in the towns and, for some, as Halloween leaves the gap is immediately filled by Christmas.

What better time to showcase your property than when it’s wrapped up like a present in twinkling lights and glistening adornments? The gift of a new home – possibly extravagant but often essential.
For the past few weeks we have been debating the effect of The Budget and the Christmas period and the reaction of the market. And what we thought would be a slow and sleepy crawl towards Christmas has actually seen bursts of activity with viewings and sales.
Now by the time you read this The Budget will have been, and I may be eyeing up Humble Pie rather than Christmas Pudding.
