There are a lot of questions coming from all sides about what is currently going on in the industry and advice on buying and selling during this period. The government has now given advice to the public on these matters
Moving in
If the property is currently vacant you may continue the transaction as normal but be aware of measure and guidance on Home removals
Homebuyers and renters should delay moving into a new home during this time whilst stay at home measures are in place. If you have exchanged contracts and the home is still currently occupied you should arrange with all parties involved to delay or come to some other arrangements.

Viewing
If the property is already on the market you can continue to advertise but must refrain from allowing people into view. Speak to us and we can arrange virtual viewings of your property for those interested in seeing it.
Mortgage term agreements
UK Finance has confirmed that all mortgage lenders are working to find ways to enable customers who have exchanged contracts to extend their mortgage offer for up to three months to enable them to move at a later date
