So how does Giraffe work - the technical bit!

Our virtual viewings are made using crisp 270 megapixel images, seamlessly blended together and professionally processed to create an enlightening experience to your prospective buyer.
Combined with accurate floor plans, created using the inbuilt LiDAR laser that takes 200,000 measurements, the result is a seamless 360 degree virtual viewing.
One of Giraffe's other talents is taking amazing HDR photographs at an impressive resolution of 96 megapixels allowing us to provide you with the best professionally edited photos of your home.
How can my property become virtually viewable?
Whether you are selling or letting, virtual tours using the Giraffe 360 system are available to all clients who market their property with us.
After gaining your instruction we can use the system to measure the property and capture images to create an accurate floor plan and a 360 degree virtual tour. We request that clients vacate their property whilst we photograph to enable us to achieve the best results in a given timeframe. The average property can be fully photographed, measured and an EPC assessment done in approximately 2 hrs.
Where can I find the virtual property viewings on the website?

Our video tours are included in our photo carousel, usually the fourth image along. To experience, simply click on the 360 logo and then press ‘enter virtual tour’. These 3D tours will also be used as we market your property through our social media platforms and email marketing.
