As we find ourselves in these unprecedented times we wanted to reach out to you and tell you how we are helping our clients, staff and communities.
As solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents, we are at the forefront of what most of us are worrying about- our safety and security. We have taken steps to ensure that the health of all our colleagues and clients is paramount. Even before the lockdown was announced we were planning to limit everyone’s exposure and setting our workers up with home offices so we could continue to function and maintain that all-important lifeline of advice and help to our many clients.
We have currently furloughed around 40% of our staff and we are grateful to them and to the Government for the job retention scheme. The rest, bar one or two specialist solicitors, are working 100% from home, keeping safe, protecting lives and providing support to our clients over the phone, email or video call. We will continue to do this and follow guidelines for as long as is necessary. Every department is working, some fully and some more limited within the rules that apply to us all.
The company and our wonderful staff are doing all they can to support charities and communities. We are using our own social media space to keep in touch as well as providing much-needed support to other local businesses through these difficult times.
We are here for you, we are here for them and we are here for the future.
