If you’ve ever had the chance to work with our Milnthorpe team, then you’ll know what a warm and friendly bunch they are, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. Well, this week we wanted to shine a light on just some of the people that make up this brilliant team…

With us ever since we moved into the area, Amy has been a local to Milnthorpe for many years. In fact, she previously worked with her father, Ian Gunby of Ian N Gunby & Co, before they partnered with Poole Townsend. Whilst Amy has played a number of roles at Poole Townsend, including Domestic Energy Assessor and Sales Negotiator, her favourite memory was from back in 2012 when she managed to singlehandedly achieve record sales in Milnthorpe for the year!

Today, as a Domestic Energy Assessor, Amy helps work out the energy efficiency of homes in the Milnthorpe area. Not only that, but she also writes our Milnthorpe property brochures, draws floorplans, takes all the marketing photographs and even values properties from time to time! But there’s only one property Amy has eyes for right now, and that’s the beautiful 4 bedroom family home, Low Mills, set on the banks of the River Bela.
