We now have a vacancy for the following role:
Senior Administrator (Probate) – based in Barrow (Part Time)
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team. Your role will assist the fee earners in the Probate department to ensure a professional service is provided to our clients in line with our Customer Service Standards. The role involves assisting with the administration and distribution of estates, preparing, working with and registering Powers of Attorney, preparation of wills and administering trusts. In addition you will provide general administrative/secretarial support.
You must be able to demonstrate that you can use your own initiative, have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, a sympathetic and professional approach to clients and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office. Previous experience of Probate procedures is desirable, however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
This is a part-time role to job share and will ideally be 2 days a week plus additional cover during holidays.
