Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma is generally caused by exposure to asbestos. Often the exposure takes place early in life and does not cause injury, sometimes for 30 or 40 years. If you are diagnosed as suffering from this serious asbestos-related disease you may be entitled to compensation. At Poole Townsend we specialise in claiming asbestos disease compensation. There are time limits in which claims must be made and therefore if you or a member of your family are suffering from mesothelioma you should contact one of our specialist team as soon as possible.

Sadly, as a result of his injury, Mr. P. died within a year of diagnosis. The family received almost £100,000.00 compensation in settlement of Mr. P’s claim and in respect of the family’s dependency upon him.
