Secretary (Conveyancing) – Full Time
Based in Milnthorpe
Your role will provide secretarial and administrative support to our Conveyancer and will involve proactively assisting with the progression of matters and maintaining an efficient and professional service to our clients. In addition you will work as part of a small team to assist with cashiering in the Furness Building Society Agency at the office.
You must be customer focused and have excellent organisational and communication skills to enable you to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. You will be qualified to RSA level II word processing (or equivalent), have experience of audio typing and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office. Knowledge/Experience of Conveyancing procedures is desirable.
