Susan specialises in a wide range of commercial matters including sales, purchases and leases for various types of property – industrial estates, offices, shops, hotels, public houses etc. She also acts in connection with sales and purchases of businesses, bank loans and business facilities.
Susan is head of our Residential Conveyancing Department managing an efficient and highly experienced team of conveyancers and she covers high value and complex residential property work herself.
She is also our Quality Standards Manager ensuring the firms’ compliance with the Law Society quality standard, Lexcel, which we have now held for 6 years and their new Conveyancing Quality Scheme covering the whole of the conveyancing process.
Susan qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and became a Partner in 2000.
Her interests include fell walking and trekking, gardening, including growing her own fruit and vegetables, and a wide ranging taste in films, music and reading.
