Domestic Energy Assessor & Valuer
Stuart works within the Property Department at Poole Townsend specialising in Domestic Energy Assessment, but also being an experienced member of the valuation and sales team at the Dalton branch.
Stuart's career in Estate Agency started in 1995 in Grange-over-Sands and has since expanded throughout the Furness and South Lakes areas. Stuart undertook further training in 2007 and qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor, producing Energy Performance Certificates for the arrival of HIP packs.
Stuart's qualifications include:
- Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA)
- Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (Dip. DEA)
Stuart enjoys cooking and eating of both Chinese and Indian cuisine, family walks around the Lake District and watching football and motorsport.
