Martin has worked as a Valuer in Ulverston and extensive surrounding areas now since 1991. He has an extremely wide ranging knowledge of the area, market and the wide variety of properties within it.
Martin started in estate agency straight from school aged 17 and now in his early 40s can boast a high level of knowledge gained both in hands on learning as well as passing The Collage of Estate Managements Certificate in Residential Estate Agency, to joining and subsequently becoming a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. More recently Martin has passed the Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment.
In recent years Martin has been the Chairman of North Lancashire and Cumbria Branch of the National Association of Estate Agents, and is currently the vice chairman.
Martin's interested include mountain biking, travel in general, football both in following his sons team in the regional Sunday League as well as a long time fan of Liverpool F.C, international rugby, cooking and eating Indian food, cinema and films.
