Solicitor
Originally from Manchester, Liz is a Solicitor with the Estate Planning Department. Areas of work include Will drafting, tax planning, administration of estates, drafting and registration of Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and other Court of Protection applications. She has specialist expertise in Will planning where parties are in their second or subsequent marriages.
Liz Qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 after training in London. Since then she has worked in several local firms before moving to Poole Townsend in 2005.
Liz's qualifications include:
- B.A. (Hons) English Language and Literature
- Law Society Qualifying Examinations
- Trusts and Estate Practitioner
