Lyn can advise on all mortgages - ranging from First time buyers to mover and clients just wanting to remortgage for a better deal. Lyn has recently qualified to also be able to advise on the complex area of Equity Release mortgages. Lyn can also offer advice on general insurances and life cover and has access to a wide range of providers to ensure the right product is available.
Joined Poole Townsend in 1998 and has over 15 years experience in the mortgage market
Lyn's qualifications include:
- Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice - CEMAP
- Certificate if Regulated Equity Release - CeRER
- Financial Planning - Ceritifcates 1 and 2
Lyn is a mum to 2 young children so outside of work, her interests are based around family, friends and fitting in the wide range of activities enjoyed by her children.
