Leanne's role as a Sales Negotiator entails primary contact with both vendors and prospective purchasers. As part of her role within the company Leanne proactively markets clients' properties, leading to viewings, offers, and finally negotiating the all important sale. Leanne also works with the general public in assisting with the home buying process and introducing purchasers to the wide range of services provided by Poole Townsend, from financial assistance to legal advice.
Leanne joined Poole Townsend in April 2010 and has an extensive property background having worked in Estate Agency and a busy Conveyancing office. Leanne works and lives in Ulverston and has good local knowledge.
