Sales Negotiator
Joanne's role as a Sales Negotiator entails primary contact with both vendors and prospective purchasers. As part of her role within the company Joanne proactively markets clients properties, leading to viewings, offers, and finally negotiating the all important sale. Joanne also works with the general public in assisting with the home buying process and introducing purchasers to the wide range of services provided by Poole Townsend, from financial assistance to legal advice.
Joanne joined Poole Townsend in June 2010 after graduating with a Law degree from Edge Hill University.
Joanne's main interests are going to see live bands, reading and socialising.
