Craig is one of Poole Townsends fully trained Domestic Energy Assessors. When a client has decided to market their property through Poole Townsend Craig will arrange an appointment at a time convenient for the client to visit their property. At the appointment Craig will carry out an assessment of the energy efficiency of your property in line with recent European legislation. By measuring and recording a properties construction, size and insulation levels, along with the heating systems and controls he can then produce an Energy Performance Certificate for use in the property marketing literature. Whilst at your property Craig will also compile a full descriptive brochure, highlighting the properties main selling features and benefits, as well as taking a wide range of colour photographs and creating a detailed floor plan in order to present your property in it’s best light to prospective purchasers.
Craig joined Poole Townsend in September 2004 after a grounding in commercial estate agency and has gone on to earn the Technical Award in estate agency as well as a Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment. Craig began his career with Poole Townsend working from the Kendal office as a Sales Negotiator and has subsequently worked in the Grange over Sands office in a senior capacity as well as the Barrow and Ulverston offices. Craig took the opportunity to progress to Domestic Energy Assessor in 2010 and now covers the entire South Lakes area ranging from Millom across to Kendal and from Tebay down to Carnforth. Craig has amassed his estate agency knowledge from varying markets both geographic and economic.

Craig's interests include football, both playing and watching, having supported Manchester United as a boy and enjoys regular trips to Old Trafford. Craig is also a keen golfer and is a member at Grange Fell Golf Club. Craig got married in early 2011 and finds himself enjoying socialising with friends and family mixed with a new found interest in sports horse ownership and competing.
