Amanda is one of two Domestic Energy Assessors employed by Poole Townsend. Once you have chosen to use the expert services of Poole Townsend to sell your home Amanda will visit you to assess how energy efficient your home is by recording data regarding the size, construction and insulation of your property. While at your property, Amanda will also compile a comprehensive brochure to show your home at it's best including colour photographs and floor plan. You will also meet Amanda in any of the five office's throughout South Lakeland & Furness as she also provides cover and training to all branches.
Having worked in the housing industry for numerous years prior to her employment, Amanda was pleased to be employed by Poole Townsend in June 2002. Working in the Ulverston office, Amanda started her career as a Sales Negotiator and progressed to Senior Sales Negotiator and then Poole Townsend offered her the opportunity to branch off and become a Domestic Energy Assessor gaining the relevant qualifications from the National Association of Estate Agents and a Diploma for Domestic Energy Assessors. Amanda also pursues her interest outside Poole Townsend and is the Secretary for the Cumbria and North Lancashire division of the NAEA.

Amanda enjoys getting involved with her local town and is involved in the many festivals including being a committee member for the Dickensian Festival as well as helping with the Flag Festival and Carnival. Also, being on the committee for the local branch for the NSPCC and has been involved in charity bag packs and coffee mornings. During her spare time Amanda enjoys cycling and socialising with friends. Amanda has recently got married and is happily settling in to married life.
