Lindsey’s expertise lies in Civil Litigation. Her main area of work is in claimant personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and she has a particular interest in Asbestos-related disease claims. She is renowned in legal circles for her work with thousands of victims of asbestos exposure. Other areas of expertise include professional negligence claims and contentious wills and probate claims.
Lindsey started her legal career at Bruttons in Southampton before moving to the Lake District where she joined Gatey Heelis and then Poole Townsend.
Lindsey is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers)
Lindsey's interests include fell walking, mountain biking, cooking, running, reading, travel, gardening and involvement in local school and community projects.
