Many thanks for you and your colleagues contributions to the sale held in Ulverston library on 8th and 10th July to raise funds and awareness of Pancreatic cancer research fund. This was very successful and people were very kind and generous and the sum of £572 was raised. I still have some books remaining which I aim to car boot so this will swell the fund a little but I have also had some specialist art books donated which I intent to sell privately or on the internet so that will also swell the fund substantially.
Once again many thanks for your help and your entry into your editorial. I may repeat this book sale, would it be ok for me to contact you if I did and you could sweet talk your colleagues again!
