Poole Townsend’s Lettings Department is celebrating their 150th successful letting with landlord Mr Bedall, of Beddall’s Newsagents in Dalton.
Mr & Mrs Beddall have owned the maisonette above the St Mary’s Hospice shop in Market Street, Dalton for a number of years. The premises had stood unoccupied for sometime, but after a refurbishment, the property was successfully rented by the lettings team at Poole Townsend. The Beddall’s were so pleased with the way in which Poole Townsend dealt with the letting that they entrusted them to let another of their properties.
Both properties were successfully let and have subsequently been relet. These recent relets bring the total number of successful lettings to 150 and to celebrate this milestone, Poole Townsend presented Mr Beddall with a bottle of champagne.
Ruth Grimes, Head of Lettings, comments: We enjoy a good working relationship with Mr & Mrs Beddall who are well respected in the town. In twenty four months we have reached our 150th letting and have expanded the department to offer residential lettings throughout Furness and the South Lakes”.
Mr Beddall, kindly donated the bottle of champagne to St Mary’s Hospice to use as a future raffle prize.
